“Andrew Heath, 30, of Middlesboro,
was arrested by Harlan County Sheriff’s Deputy Charles Bailey.
According to the complaint, Heath created substantial danger of
physical injury or death to employees and patients. On Nov. 20, Heath
pulled out a sprinkler head, causing substantial flooding. The
hospital was placed in Code Yellow and Code Red with at least five
units flooded. Over $1,000 in damages resulted from the flooding.”
